Work-life balance is an issue that we often only think
about when we realise how poor our own is. When we look at everyday
missions such as commuting and working late, it's easy to imagine
ourselves in a situation which offers more than we have - in terms
of career aspects, wage and quality of life.
Speaking on the topic of work-life balance, a report by
Morgan Redwood found that Senior managers and Board members are
regarded as having the worst work-life balance. The report also
shows that 39% of businesses feel work-life balance has the largest
influence on staff morale.
So, if you could move anywhere in the world, to preserve
you work-life balance and improve your overall career trajectory,

Data from InterNations, a network for people who live and
work abroad, recently compiled their list of top destinations for
expats. By comparing factors like personal happiness, travel,
health and wellbeing and career opportunities, the report was able
to offer advice on where you should be looking to
relocate.
