都面向大中专院校招聘实习生。合作方式：校企联合办学、开设
冠名班，定向委培、定单培养、工学交替、顶岗实习、短期实训
等。在协商一致的基础上，天都公司分别与学校和客户签署合作
协议，由客户单位与实习生签订实习协议；天都代客户发放实习
津贴、代办实习生保险，并按需提供宿舍与班车服务，给实习安
排多一层保障。

labor demand. The cooperation ways: development university around

cultivation, alternation, internship, short-term training,etc..On

school and customer, the agreement signed by the customer and
intern-company; Tiandu will behalf of intern-company to send
allowance & insurance, moreover, we will supply dormitory and
buses in order to give much protection to customer.
