1.笔试50分(200道选择题,30分合格);

2.面试20分(12分合格);论文30分(18分合格)。

五、招生及报名条件

1、取得大专(含高职)学历证书并具有10年以上工作经验;

2、取得大学本科学历证书并具有5年以上工作经验;

3、取得研究生或以上学历证书并具有3年以上工作经历;

4、报考时必须提交所在单位出具的"工作经验的有效时间证明"且加盖公章或人力资源部门章。

六、ILM-HRD(高级)师资认定办法

备选师资符合上述报名条件之一,愿意从事并胜任教学工作。通过ILM-HRD高级考试,获得了由ILM协会及CWA颁发的国际人力资源管理综合能力等级--高级考试证书者,可申请成为ILM-HRD项目的正式注册培训师。通过师资考核后,将颁发师资资质证书,并列入项目的注册培训师序列,面向全国进行公布,可在全国各地担任ILM-HRD知识体系的教学任务。

In accordance with the development of the modern economy, talents have been viewed as an immeasurable and essential capital for companies to be able to support sustainable development. Since being affected by the global financial crisis, the HR market is currently undergoing tremendous changes and more attention needs to be paid to the flow and redevelopment of, and competition among, talents.

Eoin earned his M.B.A. from Warwick University (UK), and membership, and subsequent fellowship, with the Institute of Management Consultancy (FIMC).

Eoin works with directors and senior executives from Global 500 firms. He has held executive directorships in three businesses and non-executive directorships of three more. He has held roles as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive.

Eoin has coached and mentored top international executives and directors from over 40 countries with the Center for Creative Leadership and has delivered in excess of 1000 hours facilitating & executive coaching & mentoring.

Ian earned his M.B.A. from Cranfield University (UK).

Ian is a senior manager with a broad range of strategic, operational and human resource management skills and successful track record of managing change in a complex and highly political environment.

Ian is now Director of Management Development of University of Worcester and Director of Institute of International Professional Qualification (IIPQ).

Ian has seventeen years' experience of tutoring and coaching managers from a wide variety of backgrounds and nationalities.

Zarine earned her Master in International Women's Studies from Ruskin College (UK) and Post-grad Dip in Therapeutic Counselling from University of East London (UK).

Zarine is the Principal of PassionFruit Coaching since April 2001.

Zarine worked in project management, training and learning/development for 18 years until 2001, based in India, Canada and the UK.

As an independent practitioner, Zarine now specializes in leadership development & culture change, focusing on executive coaching and building coaching capability, intercultural skills, ethics & corporate integrity, and high performing teams. She has presented at conferences on topics such as Corporate Ethics, Leadership, Competition & Collaboration, Race/Class/Gender Issues, Executive Coaching using Solutions Focus, Team Coaching with EI, and Culture Change.

Sunshine earned her PhD in Human Resources Management from Coventry University (UK) and Master's in Management Studies from University of Worcester (UK).

Sunshine is registered specialist of IIP (Investors in People), assessor of IPMA (International Project Management Association), senior lecturer of ILM-HRD (Leadership and Management Skills for HRD) and senior lecturer for the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs.

Sunshine has extensive experience in HRM & HRD research and teaching. Since her return to China in 2008, she has been engaged in HRD research and practices, and the promotion of international HRM investment standards in China.

  1. A relevant certificate and 10 years working experience (with proof of working experience);
  2. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years working experience (with proof of working experience);
  3. A Master's degree and 3 years working experience (with proof of working experience).
